1. General

Welcome to the Newsletter Club of PV Home AB, with reg. no. 559158–2480, hereinafter called the “Newsletter Club”. 

By signing up and becoming a member you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for the Newsletter Club, hereinafter called the “Terms and Conditions”. PV Home AB shall provide you with the membership services and advantages described in the Terms and Conditions. 

Please note that the membership is voluntary and is not a requirement for purchasing our products, either in physical stores or on our website pellevavare.se/  (the “Website”). The membership is free of charge.

2. Membership requirements

• The membership is personal and will be registered on your email address when you sign up on the Website or in connection to a purchase. 
• To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old. By submitting your membership application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Membership services and advantages

As a member of the Newsletter Club, you will receive the following services:

When becoming a member of the Newsletter Club we will send you a personalized newsletter containing offers such as discounts as well as information about events or other activities. The newsletter is personalized to match your interests through processing of personal data, e.g. based on your previous purchases and activity on the Website (see Section 5). 

4. Unsubscribe from send-outs

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communication from us, you can always follow the unsubscribe link in the e-mail. Of course, you can also contact us at info [at] pellevavare.se.  

5. Processing of personal data

Our processing of your personal data as a member of the Newsletter Club for the purpose of providing the services included in the Newsletter Club and for other relevant purposes is described in our Privacy Policy https://pellevavare.com/privacy-policy/.

6. Termination

Your Newsletter Club membership is valid until further notice. You can leave the Newsletter Club at any time by contacting us at info [at] pellevavare.se. 

PV Home AB reserves the right to cancel your Newsletter Club membership at any time if we suspect the membership is being abused or if you breach the Terms and Conditions. 

7. Changes in the terms and conditions

PV Home AB reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you in advance of any changes and you may cancel your membership if you do not accept the changes.  

8. Limitation of liability

PV Home AB will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Newsletter Club or any consequences thereof. PV Home AB accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Newsletter Club, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regards to any rules or principles on conflicts of laws. However, if you are resident in another country than Sweden the Terms and Conditions can be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations in force in the country of residence which may provide you with additional rights. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to the Terms and Conditions or your membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in Sweden, unless otherwise stipulated in applicable mandatory laws of your country of residence.

If you have any complaints and are not satisfied with PV Home AB’s handling of your matter you can always file a complaint with the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform in order to find a solution. The platform is provided by the European Commission to make online shopping safer and fairer through access to quality dispute resolution tools.
