1. General

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and PV Home AB (Reg. No. 559158-2480) (“Pelle Vävare”, “us”, “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Pelle Vävare’s website www.pellevavare.se (“Website”) by customers outside of Sweden.

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. Before you accept the Terms and Conditions you shall also read and understand our Privacy Policy https://pellevavare.com/privacy-policy/ .

Pelle Vävare reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. 

Please note that Pelle Vävare does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Pelle Vävare preserves its right to stop selling a product. 

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

2. Placing and order

Please make sure that you read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. 

If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

Please note that we presently only deliver to the following countries Austria, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal.

3. Order confirmation

After submitting your order, Pelle Vävare will send you an automatic order confirmation via e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the order confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. For more information, please see section 4.

4. Acceptance and shipping confirmation

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

Please note that Pelle Vävare does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. 

If we already have received payment for the order we will refund the amount to you should we for any reason not accept your order.

5. Colors

Pelle Vävare’s goal is to describe the products, on the Website, as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Pelle Vävare cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

6. Prices

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT.

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and Pelle Vävare is not bound by the price until Pelle Vävare has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between the physical store and the Website. 

If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you via e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Pelle Vävare always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will repay the amount to you. 

Please also note that Pelle Vävare may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Pelle Vävare under the condition that you realized or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. 

Please note that the delivery costs are not included in the prices for the goods. The delivery costs are shown at the checkout stage, and below in Section 8.

7. Payments

We use Klarna’s payment services. For more information, please see Klarna’s Payment Terms https://www.klarna.com/international/. 

We accept the following payment methods: 

• Credit card: Visa, MasterCard

When you pay with a credit card the purchase amount is reserved prior to Pelle Vävare’s acceptance of the order. The purchase amount is debited once Pelle Vävare has accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation.  

Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once the order has been sent to our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order we kindly ask you to return the order in accordance with Section 9.We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

8. Delivery

Shipping methods

We offer the following shipping methods from our warehouse in Strängnäs, Sweden.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal from our warehouse in Strängnäs, Sweden. 

For purchases amounting to 50 € the shipping is free of charge.

DHL, cost 10 €, est. delivery time 3-7 business days. 

Your order will be shipped within an estimated time of 3 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). 

Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order is placed, that we cannot cancel an order once it has been sent to our warehouse, and that delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times. 

The estimated delivery times does not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.  

9. Right of withdrawal, returns and other rights

You are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by submitting or sending notice thereof to Pelle Vävare within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. The notice may be sent in different ways. You may send us a letter or an e-mail to the above-referenced mailing and e-mail addresses including information that you will withdraw or exchange your purchase. If you send us an e-mail we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. Refund relating to the right of withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 9, Pelle Vävare will issue a refund of the amount paid to Pelle Vävare. 

Pelle Vävare will pay the refund within 14 days of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that Pelle Vävare has received the product/s from you or if Pelle Vävare has obtained proof that the products have been sent back to Pelle Vävare. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will never be charged extra if another payment method is used. 

If you have chosen to pay by invoice and wish to make a partial withdrawal of a purchase, your invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice will be sent to you. If you paid the invoice prior to your withdrawal, the amount relating to the withdrawal will be refunded. 

Please note that if you have chosen a delivery method other than Pelle Vävare’s standard shipping service we will only refund the shipping costs with an amount equal to our standard shipping service.

Please note that Pelle Vävare only issues a full refund if the product/s are in the same condition as at the time of delivery. If the product’s value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, Pelle Vävare then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund. 

To avoid a deduction, please make sure all products are in the exact same condition as you when received them, with tag and seal still attached.

Exchanges

Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 9. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

If you wish to exchange a product for a new product and/or size you may simply withdraw your previous purchase and place a new order with your preferred payment method. The new order is paid for separately and will be handled as a new order. 

Shipping costs for returning the products

Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and Pelle Vävare has no obligation to pay such costs.

If you choose to use the return shipping label that is included in your delivery, we will charge a return shipping cost of 10 € in connection with your refund.

Returning the products

Upon your withdrawal or exchange of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 14 days after sending your notice.

When returning please follow the steps below.

• Place the product(s) in the original shipping box or plastic bag, or any other solid carton box.
• Close the box and tape it securely.
• Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
• Return at your nearest delivery point.

You may return the products by any secure transport.

10. Defective products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If Pelle Vävare consider the products to be defective, Pelle Vävare will replace the defective products or make a full refund including shipping costs.

11. Pelle Vävares’s quality guarantee

Pelle Vävare acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.

16. Violation of rules

Pelle Vävare reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the Website.

Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the Website may be subject to prosecution.

17. The seller’s responsibility

Pelle Vävare’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will Pelle Vävare assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

Pelle Vävare’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order, unless otherwise is stipulated by law. 

In case of force majeure, Pelle Vävare’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Pelle Vävare can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Pelle Vävare.

18. Provisions severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

19. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Except where prohibited and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, all disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance.
